We’re just one week into the Push/Pull Partner Challenge and the training has already begun. Today we have a quick experiment to try with your partner.
If you want to improve your kip, you’ll need a great hollow rock and a great arch rock. The video above has a test you can try with your partner to get strong in a skilled kipping pull up.
I challenge you to accumulate fifty arch rocks and fifty hollow rocks between you and your partner using this technique. Good luck!
