This is open to the public.
Join us for a Free Movement Screen Workshop led by a Doctor of physical therapy at DEUCE! Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just getting started, understanding your body’s mobility, stability, and strength is key for progressing your fitness goal.
Movement Screens will take 5-10 minutes and participants can arrive anytime between 10:00am and 12:00pm for a screen. There is no obligation for treatment if you receive a screen, either!
In this hands-on workshop we will measure your:
- Ankle Mobility for Deep Squat
- Hip Mobility
- Shoulder Stability:
- Shoulder Mobility
- Grip Strength
Our goal is to help you move better, reduce your risk of injury, and unlock your full potential. Whether you’re looking to improve your squat depth, get better at lifts, or simply move without pain, this workshop will help identify any areas that can be improved so you can play/move/live better.
