‘Empower Your System’ Women’s Event Comes to Venice Beach

Are you ready to embark on a journey of relaxation and healing? We are thrilled to announce an upcoming ladies-only event designed to promote healing and well-being through a series of transformative practices. This event will feature breath work, myofascial stretching, ice baths, and sauna all aimed at enhancing your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  

Everything kicks off Sunday September 8th from 2:00-4:00pm at the Breath + Exposure facility at 110 Lincoln Blvd. Venice, CA 90291. 

Event Highlights:

  1. Breathwork: Harness your inner power

Breathwork involves conscious breathing techniques that can enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our experienced instructor will guide you through various exercises designed to reduce stress, increase energy levels, and improve mental clarity. This practice will help you connect with your inner self and cultivate a sense of peace and empowerment.

  1.     Myofascial Stretching:  Release and Rejuvenate

Myofascial stretching focuses on releasing tension in the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, joints, and organs. This practice will improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall mobility. Our guided stretches will target key areas of the body, helping you feel rejuvenated and a better overall connection to your body. 

  1.     Ice Baths: Embrace the cold

Ice baths are a powerful tool for reducing inflammation, boosting the immune system, and improving mental resilience. During this part of the event, you’ll learn how to harness the power of your breath to stay calm and focused as you immerse yourself in the Icy water. The initial shock with quickly give way to a sense of invigoration and empowerment, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized

  1.     Sauna Session: Warmth and Detoxification 

After the ice baths we’ll transition to the soothing heat of the sauna. Saunas are excellent for improving circulation, promoting skin health, and relieving stress. The warmth will help your muscles relax and detoxify your body, providing a perfect balance to the cold exposure. This part of the session will be a time to relax, reflect, and connect with other women.
