Pen, Paper, and a Difference

I love small effort, big impact opportunities. If you look closely, there are arbitrage opportunities around you for the taking. You’ve heard my semi-controversial take on tipping, which essentially says for 15-20% you can’t effectively have zero impact on the server but for a few dollars more you can give a meaningless exchange an impactful effect. 

I have another small behavior that can make a big impact. 

Write a friend, colleague, or lover a note. Do it with a pen on paper and send it in the mail. In fact, my challenge to you is to express some good old fashioned gratitude by hand to three people.. On paper.
