One of the most magical phenomena at DEUCE Garage is the ‘Ladies Only’ events that bring women together in a positive environment. Tomorrow we invite all curious women from the public to join the female coaches for a friendly lifting day in the yard.
And, no boys allowed!
This event is FREE and open to the public. Participants can expect to be coached through a specific warm up, taught skills and drills around the power clean, and the opportunity to lift weights with other like minded women.
