Students can expect the same inclusive strength and conditioning experience with upgraded program structure! I have mapped 12-week focused cycles to meticulously drive adaptation toward the following goals:
- A strength focus
- A skill focus, and
- A metabolic conditioning pathway focus
You can expect a quality and complete training experience on any given day with improved considerations on a yearly, quarterly, and even weekly basis. New features will also include:
- Prescribed skill pieces (gymnastics & weightlifting)
- Designated time for improving joint stability & ROM.
- Test and retesting.
