Ladies of all fitness levels are welcome to 110 Lincoln Blvd. to learn the finer points of the deadlift. Participants can expect instruction on the deadlift, hands on time with the training, and a fun community environment!
Coach Lacey Fema of DEUCE Strength will also include lower body exercises to develop the hamstrings and glutes. If you or anyone you know is interested in a safe place to explore strength training, the Ladies Only Deadlift Day is prime time!
