The foot and ankle could be the most critical part of the body rarely discussed! Saturday, July 9th our very own Dr. Sean McBride will present on the foot and ankle to improve performance, alleviate pain, and empower good movement hygiene.
Both student movers and industry coaches and practitioners are welcome. Participants can expect three parts to the workshop:
- Background: Anatomy & Biomechanics
- Assessment: Stance, Pressure, Arch, Dorsiflexion
- Mobilizations for Performance
- Points of Performance + Testing
