Industry Redundantly Leaves No Stone Unturned

Not to completely downplay what we do, training isn’t complicated. Jane Fonda, Tae Bo, Jazzercise, Slow Training, P90X, Spin, the Bow Flex, Water Aerobics, the Shake Weight, Jogging, the NordicTrac, the Tracy Anderson Method, Barre Method, Orange Theory, Thigh Master, and F45 are just some of the fads that have risen in time the world already knew how to develop physical fitness. 

Nothing we do is new. It’s not new because it doesn’t need to be new, it needs to work.

Plenty more new exercise dogmas will come in the future, too, and they will go, but the simple development of physical fitness with classic strength and conditioning will still work. It has and it will continue to do so. 

The consumer market for fitness is literally turning over every stone to find it’s car keys that are in it’s front pocket. How about in 2020 let’s stop looking for what we knew in the 1950s.
