I hate to break it to you, but we’re hardwired for dissatisfaction. We have images in our head that guide our action. Meanwhile, our actionable results almost never match these idealistic visions or mental representations. The result? Dissatisfaction.
Rather than be upset or derailed by the inevitable, maybe you can use it to inform your next move. While choosing this is obviously advantageous, the choice is still yours.
