For the first time ever we’re opening our coaches developmental, Coach’s Prep, program to the public for a two hour workshop. Whether you’re a personal trainer, a gym owner, or simply interested in coaching other people you can learn specific techniques to evolve your coaching and the skills of others.
The two hour event won’t just cover specific technical information surrounding coaching movement, but the methods behind skill acquisition in the context of coaching. Join us Saturday February 16th from 12:30-2:30PM!

At the 10 minute mark, take 6 minutes to find a Heavy OHS.
