A number of our students and coaches will culminate six weeks of mindful nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits this Saturday. The Whole Life Challenge is a lifestyle game built to insert accountability and awareness in the lives of its participants.
The finals will rank participants in order based on their compliance to their daily play of the lifestyle game and their performance improvement in a retest of their baseline efforts set six weeks ago. The winners will receive cash and prizes for their efforts.
It all kicks of Saturday at 11AM. Be there!
