Come one, come all! The first Saturday of the month is this weekend and you’re invited to join us for a FREE Community Workout at 9AM.
We do these events every month and they are open to the public. The workout is appropriate for men and women of all fitness levels, so don’t worry if you haven’t done any training recently. Our coaches are prepared for the newest beginners and the most advanced athletes.
