Not only is it the first Saturday of the month, it’s the first Saturday of the year! That means we’re inviting anyone and everyone into our doors for FREE fitness. Our FREE community workout is open to both members and non-members and it serves as a fun training day regardless of your fitness level.
The more the merrier, so please bring any friends or family along that you’d like. The workout kicks off at 9AM. See you there!
