Get your fitness fix this Saturday on us! That’s right. We open our doors to the public for FREE the first Saturday of every month. The workout is open to all fitness levels and begins promptly at 9AM.
Both non-members and members alike are welcome to join. If it’s your first time training with us, we just ask that you come just a couple minutes early to fill out a waiver.
