What can’t you do that healthy, pain free people can? Is it touching your toes? Is it being able to squat through a full range of motion? Is it being able to extend your arm overhead? Is it being able to run around the block without stopping?
While finding the mysterious hidden source of pain or dysfunction can be a challenge, even for the professionals, the process of earning the ability to touch your toes, squatting to depth, or getting overhead isn’t nearly as much of a mystery. That we can do.
Now, I’m not a doctor. I’m not giving medical advice, but I do think the logic that says earning the hallmarks of a pain free, healthy person is a much more practical way of achieving a pain free, healthy reality than first opting for surgical intervention or drugs as a first stop in troubleshooting.
Want to be healthy? Try impersonating a healthy person first.
