It’s that time time again, people. This Saturday is the first of the month, which means we’re hosting our monthly FREE Community Workout. Join us at the yard this weekend at 9AM sharp.
As always, anyone is welcome to the workout, including members and non-members. The workouts are usually fun, partners oriented efforts that are appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
