You may have noticed by now that we’ll leave no stone unturned in an effort to unearth best practices for movement and health. Since the inception of the DEUCE Breathwork specialty course on Monday nights, the value of breath has exploded around the gym.
We invite you to join us for an educational opportunity you won’t forget this summer. We will be hosting the Wim Hof Fundamentals course August 12th from 1-6PM here at DEUCE Gym with Dr. Trisha Smith. This course will include breathing exercises, cold exposure, and mindset training.
As someone who’s been afforded opportunities to do this training before, I cannot overemphasize its impact. Nothing gets you closer to the truth than the breath and a little ice.
