As many members of the extended DEUCE community enter the second week of the Whole Life Challenge, I’d like to reenforce our efforts with a groundswell of support. Of course, continue to utilize the challenge feed for comments of encouragement and connect with classmates but, since this isn’t our first rodeo with the challenge, we have some conceptual coaching that may help, too.

I’ve seen the same handful of mistakes show up in this challenge and I think it’d be silly to live in restricted misery for eight weeks and not have something remarkable to show for it. You don’t have to be miserable and, in fact, you sure as hell better have something to show for it at the end of this thing.
