FREE Community Workout Saturday

Spread the word! It’s that time of the month. We invite you (and anyone else for that matter) for some free fitness this Saturday. The first Saturday of the month features a FREE Community Workout open to the public.

The workout starts at 9AM. If it’s your first time to the gym, please come a few minutes early. These workouts are for everyone regardless of fitness level so spread the word. “The more, the merrier.”
