This is the thing you’ll want to share with your friends. We dedicate the first Saturday of every month to FREE fitness for anyone who wants to join us. Starting at 9AM we will be running a FREE workout for both members and non-members alike.
These FREE Community Workouts are traditionally fun, friendly training sessions for men and women of all fitness levels. The tone is relaxed and fun, and it’s the best way to start your weekend that we can think of.
