FREE Community Workout Saturday

This Saturday we invite you and anyone else in the community to FREE fitness here at 110 Lincoln. Every first Saturday of the month we host a FREE workout for anyone in the community. Just show up a few minutes before 9AM and the coaches will take you the rest of the way.

All fitness levels are welcome and the training is fun whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete. See you Saturday!
