A few weeks ago, we announced our upcoming Fall Strength Challenge as a chance to hold yourself accountable to a short term goal to get stronger. This Saturday at 10AM we’re kicking off the eight week improvement based challenge with a baseline performance.
The challenge will be based around each participant’s ability to improve their squat, bench, and deadlift. This Saturday we will get each athlete’s best numbers in each lift. For eight weeks, the GPP training at the gym will be skewed toward improving these numbers and supplemental resources will be made available to improve strength. The finals will now be held on Saturday October 31st, where the top three most improved lifters will win cold hard cash for their efforts.
