This Saturday at 9:00 AM you’re invited to join us for a FREE community workout at DEUCE Gym. Every first Saturday of the month we make an hour of training available to the public for free and this Saturday is it.
It doesn’t matter who you bring or how you get here, just “Get in the door!”
The workout is for both members and non-members. In addition, the community workout is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or haven’t worked out in your life, this is the perfect environment to get exposed to a fun, safe, light-hearted day of training.
