It’s that time again. DEUCE Strength and Strongman 101 are gearing up to start another 8-week cycle. If you’re looking to get specific with your training, the time is now!
The perfect complements to the our general physical preparedness program (GPP) are our ultra-specific eight week specialty courses.
Looking to get stronger? DEUCE Strength is for you! It meets twice a week for eight weeks starting July 22nd. DEUCE Strength meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM. In addition, some athletes will be participating in an AM strength option, as well. It’s focus is on building true strength with the three major lifts (deadlift, squat, and press).
Want to get acquainted with the awkward tools of strongman? Strongman 101 has your name on it! It starts Monday July 21st and meets every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30PM.
