As you may know by now, there are three progressive pillars to the DEUCE Gym program. “Performance, community, lifestyle” is a closed loop concept that builds upon itself for progress that would be improbable without the relationships between performance and our community, our community and your lifestyle, and inevitably your lifestyle and everything else.
The employees at Cornerstone OnDemand (Cornerstars) are well represented at DEUCE Gym. Dana is one of them and her ability to mesh work, life, and training has made her a healthy, happy addition to both her social network and her work network simultaneously.
