You’ve got some desire. I get it. I have it too. I want to be stronger and I want to perform better. You have your “wants,” as well.
Wanting something can fuel the fire and it can stoke ambition, but it doesn’t get you from Point A to Point B. My question for you is, “What’s the plan?”
Arrival at a specific destination requires a road map. And, if you and I have specific desires (to look, feel, and perform better), we need a plan.
How is this going to happen? Is it going to take training? Rest? Specific nutrition?
