It’s time to take a trip down memory lane. We all have vivid memories of our times training together. Some are good ones, while are others… well, not so much. Not that any training session is particularly leisurely, some seem to be more fun or stimulating than others. Conversely, don’t count the dreaded training sessions out, because sometimes the “worst” workouts are the best ones for us.
For example, I’ll never forget the infamous ‘Race to 250’ workout. Nikki Pounds and I did it together and things got spiritual – YIKES!
So, let’s here from you, the community. What are you most memorable workouts with us? Are their instances where you actually liked any particular workout because it was so hard? Let’s hear it. Sound off, y’all.
