It’s that time of year again! The Reebok CrossFit Games are coming to town and that means the fittest man and women on Earth will be crowned right here in our back yard. StubHub, eBay, Craigslist, or barter your way into the Games because the event is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.
Us functional fitness folks love what the CrossFit community is all about and many members of ‘The Nation’ will be in attendance. Not a seasoned fan of the sport of fitness? Root for our friends Lindsey Valenzuela and Sam Briggs from DogTown CrossFit as they duke it out for the title of Fittest on Earth.
