No matter what, you’re always emitting energy. This energy is felt and it’s impact can change everything. We often notice this most around people that exude extremely positive or extremely negative energy, but you don’t have to be the life of the party (or it’s opposite) to have an impact on those around you.

Those that don’t fall in either extreme, positive or negative, aren’t always aware that our energies matter.  But, a trip to a local sporting event can change all that. What happens when a top play is made?

The crowd goes wild. ENERGY!

Just another day in paradise.

Now,  sure that example is a bit unfair, but one would agree that our energies do leave a foot print around us. Before you’re words have been heard or your actions have been seen, keep in mind that your energy has already been felt.

Keep an eye on this. The energy you bring with you has a big impact. What is scary about that, however, is we often think about it least.

Complete 7 rounds:
100m Run
3 Deadlifts
3 Hang Power Cleans
3 Front Squats

*Score is time and load for heaviest round.
*Do not let go of bar during round. (5 immediate burpees)
*Rest as needed between rounds.
