Are you explaining your lack of success as the result of a lack of resources?
The clearest picture I’ve ever heard painted of this concept was profoundly stated this way:
“If some foreign invader wanted to pull off a robbery of America’s riches, where would they invade? The wealthiest institutions are in Silicon Valley, so that’s where to attack, right?
What would one plunder from there? Ideas?”
Treasure, like gold and jewels, as well as natural resources, like land and oil, aren’t the pinnacle limiting-factor-element for opportunity in a modern age. The ability to execute on better ideas, or ingenuity, is what any effective modern-day pirate would plunder today.
This, of course, begs the question: if you’re not limited by resources, what are you limited by?
