[VIDEO] Starting Your Own Subject/Object Shift

It’s from an interview I did with our friends at Invictus Fitness who have been leading for nearly a decade in the competition scene of CrossFit. The beauty in the message above is that we’re all subject to our reality on some level. 

Inviting more objectivity in your life benefits you and those around you. 

This concept of the subject object shift is a process we will do over and over again for the rest of our lives. Knowing this phenomenon is happening gives you agency, however. Knowing that there are things out of one’s perception in this moment begs the question, “What is water?” for the fish.
