In case you’ve missed it, we’ve launched a new educational initiative at DEUCE. We’re sharing short, simple messages every Thursday on our Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook pages to expand your understanding of training and DEUCE as an institution.
These “Did You Know?” features are driven from the many specialty courses under the DEUCE umbrella. One of the key advantages of having a large staff of diverse subject matter experts is that these folks have a knowledge base that is uniquely deeper than the industry standard in any given category from gymnastics and performance breathing to powerlifting and nutrition.
