As the holidays approach, we want to give you the inside scoop on how we organize the Christmas and New Years period. In an effort to give our coaches and staff one segment during the year to reset, reflect, and rechange we have a special schedule during the holidays. This is done in a manner that allows you, the student, to continue training!
During this time we have coaches on hand to facilitate the day’s training without structured class times. Most days have two open gym-style training periods. The morning session is between 6:30 and 9:30AM and the after noon session is between 4:30 and 7:30PM. Here’s a look at when we’re open:
Monday 12/24 – 6:30-9:30AM
Tuesday 12/25 – Closed
Wednesday 12/26 – 6:30-9:30AM & 4:30-7:30PM
Thursday 12/27 – 6:30-9:30AM & 4:30-7:30PM
Friday 12/28 – 6:30-9:30AM & 4:30-7:30PM
Saturday 12/29 – 9-11AM
Monday 12/31 – 6:30-9:30AM
