Our Closed Loop System

We’ve got a distinct model here. You may see it articulated in our media as a tagline of sort that reads, “Performance | Community | Lifestyle.” These aren’t just three happy words that look nice together. It’s a system.

You see, we’re a gym. That should be obvious. The context of our training is that of building performance. This is an objective perspective of fitness capacity that seeks to answer questions like, “How fast? How strong? How long?” This performance building happens inside of a community. And, this is no accident.

The community isn’t just a feel good result of our training. It’s an intentional characteristic of what we’re doing. After all, a community provides a scaffolding-like support structure around this lofty, often difficult, pursuit of performance.

When the training that you’re doing in this community bleeds into your lifestyle there are a host of utilitarian benefits to reap. Soon our community begins to sleep better, eat better, and even improve their self-talk in the other twenty-three hours in the day.

Once this bleeds into your lifestyle, how do you think that affects performance? You guessed it. It’s a game changer. This creates a closed loop system of performance that feeds community that feeds lifestyle that ultimately feeds performance. Cool, huh?
