With the rapid success of our education programs, DEUCE Gym is now extending its offerings to include an individualized mentorship. Our in-house Coach’s Prep program served as a process for developing the future leaders of the DEUCE brand, but quickly become relevant beyond our community as coaches and gym owners far and wide needed a resource to improve their craft.
Thus far Coach’s Prep 101 has served as a powerful offering. It is our online program that trains coaches all around the world. In addition, the ‘Hold the Standard’ Summit is a two-day seminar that addresses the organizational framework and leadership principles needed to develop and run a world-class business.
Now, for the first time ever, we are offering a premium coaching service, the Mentorship, for motivated leaders looking to take on the next level of leadership and accountability. Participants work with me individually with calls, regular email correspondence, and developmental homework and accountability.
