Our GPP program is, by definition, incredibly general. Though we make great progress in GPP, we’d like to up the ante. “Raise your hand if you want to improve your general fitness and specifically get better with pull ups.”
That’s right. We all do. ENTER: The Push/ Pull Partner Challenge
For five weeks starting June 25th, we’re focusing on just that. To make things even more impactful, we’re doing this in partners. You and a “push partner” (or “pull partner” if that gets you excited) will perform a baseline workout that will test not just your general fitness, but it will reward quality pull up skills. For five weeks, we will be accountable to improving our game only to retest the workout with our partners to see who’s improved most on July 30th.
Cant make the dates? No sweat! You and your partner can make up the baseline and/or the finals. Look out for pull ups skill clinics and GPP programming suited to our specific goal.
All you need to do is choose a partner, ante up $25 for the prize pot, and get focused. It doesn’t matter who your partner is, just get some skin in the game!
