The next two weeks are a special time around the gym. We’ll both be enabling students to train through the holiday season and observing some days off for the holidays.
Our schedule is as follows:
Holiday Week 1:
Monday December 21 – 6:30AM-9:30AM & 4:30-7:30PM
Tuesday December 22 – 6:30AM-9:30AM & 4:30-7:30PM
Wednesday December 23 – 6:30AM-9:30AM & 4:30-7:30PM
Thursday December 24 – CLOSED – Christmas Eve
Friday December 25 – CLOSED – Christmas
Holiday Week 2:
Monday December 28 – 6:30AM-9:30AM & 4:30-7:30PM
Tuesday December 29 – 6:30AM-9:30AM & 4:30-7:30PM
Wednesday December 30 – 6:30AM-9:30AM & 4:30-7:30PM
Thursday December 31 – CLOSED – New Year’s Eve
Friday December 25 – CLOSED – New Year’s Day
Days that we are open will have assigned training sessions, but there won’t be rigid class start/stop times. Coaches will guide groups and individuals in naturally occurring groups during these times. Athletes are welcome to stay for as little or as long as they would like.
