We’d like to think that we’re known for our good vibes here at 110 Lincoln. Once a month we like to share the love by inviting the community over for a FREE workout. This Saturday at 9AM students and visitors alike are invited to join us for an hour of training.
Can’t make it this time? We host this FREE community workout the first Saturday of every month.
Don’t forget that we’d super inclusive here, so men and women, young and old, of any fitness level can come train and feel right at home.
