Happy 14th Birthday DEUCE Gym

I remember sitting on the dryer at the coin laundry on Main Street in Santa Monica washing the yoga mats after class. They never got clean and the smell was only tampered by the obligatory effort to maintain a nice “facility.” 

These were the Fake Gym days, where Danny & I would pull up to the park twice per day in our black trucks to unload our modest equipment for classes. A great deal has changed over the years, but the desire to create the world’s greatest training experience has always been the guiding light. 

Coming to 110 Lincoln was a dream come true and our community and those watching supported us incredibly for what was an instant growth period. Here are some DEUCE highlights over the years:

  • Served thousands of motivated men and women
  • Created a coaches development program that’s influenced thousands of coaches worldwide
  • Built unprecedented salary opportunities for employees with full medical benefits and retirement
  • Built LA’s 1st breathwork, ice, and sauna facility open to the public
  • Created a non-profit with housing to serve justice, housing, and substance impacted individuals
  • Taught our developmental frameworks around the globe
  • Purchased our campus property in Venice Beach

We’re just getting started! It’s with deep gratitude that we’d like to thank everyone who has been a part of making this improbable story possible. Here’s to another 14 years!
