Older than 35? You Need a Strength Coach or a Great Doctor

Okay, you can have both if you want, but every year for the rest of your life you’ll be trading time for your ability to move freely in your life. Building and maintaining muscle mass is the single most important way you can maintain your vitality, metabolic health, and freedom.

Humans who lose their mobility are on a fast track to death.

We’ve all seen how quickly things go when an elder experiences a fall or losing their physical autonomy by some other means. Having lean tissues is specifically at odds with all cause mortality. In addition, having more lean tissue is a massive contributor to increase health span, meaning the quality of your days are greater, as well.

Instead of bowing to old wives tales about lifting weights being extreme or dangerous, it’s time that adults step towards what we know to be unequivocally true. The stronger you are and the more muscle mass you have, the more you can expect to live a long, healthy life.
