Students Need to Decide: Be Entertained or Build Remarkable Fitness

If you’re a pure capitalist, the verdict is in. The consumer wants to be entertained more than they want to develop tangible fitness qualities. With a constant stream of new, different, and completely horse shit training methods, the consumer is still apparently willing to shell out real money for fake methods.

The question isn’t hypothetical.

Would you like to be entertained? Or, do you want to drive adaptation? Surely, there’s an art to achieve some semblance of both, but the science of training continues to contrast what people seemingly want to pay for.

Great training is typically boring.

Hate to break it to you. The good news is, though, that it’s not a secret. You can get strong, fast, lean, flexible, etc. It just likely won’t be that entertaining.

Whatcha think?
