Does anyone here put their recliner chair in front of the refrigerator door? Or, does anyone here put their coat rack in front of their TV?
Obvious? Fine. Bad jokes? I’ve been called worse.
The point I’m trying to make here is that the basic level of tidiness of your living space allows for its functionality. The fridge doesn’t work if a chair blocks the door. The TV is useless with coats impending the view.
On some basic level, being orderly makes life work.
Well, it’s extremely difficult to be a fit, healthy adult in a busy world. It’s generally easier, though, if you clear a damn path for it!
Make way for your gym time. You literally hold appointments all week as an employable adult. You can hold time for fitness. But, you’re right, “getting to the gym is hard” is you haven’t made way for it.
Clear a path!
