Listen, there is no good time to be weak and out of shape. That’s especially true when the economy is tough! Did you know there are many ways to get the same great training experience that makes DEUCE famous for free?!
How does $0.00 sound?
That’s right! Thanks to our non-profit programs and our DEUCE Run Club, you and anyone you know can train three times per week absolutely FREE. Here’s how:
- Sober Workout. Anyone with 48-hours of sobriety can join us for a FREE Sober Workout every Friday at 5:00pm.
- DEUCE Run Club. Join a diverse group of motivated people every Saturday morning at 9:00am for a conversational pace run for any fitness level!
- Non-Profit Community Workout. Every Saturday at 1:00pm our extended community is invited to join the men and women in our non-profit for a strength and conditioning session. You’ll meet folks who are justice system, housing, and/or substance impacted individuals for a training experience you’ll never forget!
