I never could touch my toes. That’s how tight my hamstrings were my entire life. My brother, on the other hand, is an actually living, breathing Gumby. He’s confusingly flexible.
If you’re more like me than my brother, I’m happy to report that there is a way forward. You do have hope! We’ve learned a ton about flexibility, mobility, and how to earn new ranges of motion and we’re excited to continue to share these insights with you with Coach Juvie in our Supple Leopard Mobility Series inspired by the important work of Dr. Kelly Starrett.

Join us for this weekend’s edition of the mobility series with a specific focus on the quads and hamstrings. You’ll do a pre and post assessment as well as understand how to improve your ability to achieve ranges of motion both in the gym and at home!
