No, it’s not a training methodology. It’s not a tracking app, bloodwork, performance enhancing drugs, or anything like that.

It’s training partners. 

Anyone who has seen Coach Kyle’s DAWG Pound field and court sport athletes train will understand what I mean. Sure, these current and future professional athletes move well, are intrinsically motivated, and have a great coach/program. But, they are all summoning another level because of each other

I stood the other day watching these athletes banter, trash talk, and push each other through natural, healthy competition that creates an obvious X-factor environment. 

If you want to have a big 2025, get a great training partner. Go!
