Psst! The internet is full of pseudo-secrets, but here’s the real deal. Fitness gurus want to offer eBooks and methods left and right. All of those techniques are fine and all, but here’s the thing. 

None of this matters if you do it for a couple of years. 

The single biggest secret in this whole racket is staying in the game forever. Renowned strength coach, the late Louie Simmons, used to say, “The brightest stars burn out the fastest.” He was commenting on the quick flashes of new comers who get excited, but are nowhere to be found 18 months later. 

Be on the lockout for short term bursts of motivation. You don’t need to get obsessed or make this your personality, you’ve just got to make this a part of your life and whatever level you can stay forever.

Change your time horizon and you’ll change your life.
