It’s silly and obvious when we’re talking about my non-music, unilingual ass, but take the logic to your physical literacy. It’s true. If you don’t use it, you lose it.
If you haven’t moved at certain speeds or been in certain ranges of motion, you’ll need to earn those capacities back.
Sure, this might feel like a downer message. On the other hand, those stories about getting old and not being able to do X,Y, and Z aren’t real, either. You just need to expose yourself to the capacities that you want!
