We’re exactly ten days away from our 4th Annual ‘Lift Run Hang’ event on Muscle Beach. All-levels movers are welcome to join us Saturday, September 14th for an unforgettable experience!
NOT SO SERIOUS, BUT SERIOUSLY FUN.
The event is simple. Participants take part in three events:
Event 1: LIFT: Beginners are welcome! It’s an unsanctioned power-only weightlifting meet! That means no squatting is allowed for three attempts in the power snatch and three attempts in the power clean and jerk!
Event 2: RUN: The beach run is just long enough to feel like you did something and just short enough that we all can do it! The 2-mile scenic route will take participants to the end of the Venice pier and back!
Event 3: HANG: This is the fan favorite! It’s a beer garden social event at the new and expanded DEUCE Campus.
Not only does every participant get a FREE pair of STR/KE MVMNT shoes (or $149 in STR/KE Apparel), but you’ll also get unlimited cold brew coffee and your first beer is on us!
