Did you know that more women than men have graduated Strongman 101 since its inception nine years ago? While the name is misleading, the course isn’t just for strong people (or men, for that matter).
It might be the most potent training offered at DEUCE Gym.
I say that because we find that folks training just two days per week often see lifetime personal records in various training lifts (even if they had high training volumes to begin with. All levels can join the course and we promise that it won’t just be a great training experience. It’s also FUN!
